l am a vegetarian for over 20 years and have been diagnosed with Zn deficiency 2 years ago after having extreme dizziness and general weakness for quite a while. I recommend checking your Zn levels and not taking too much as Zn poisoning is quite dangerous.
A decent price for a good brand of D, and I like that there is zinc too. Tablet isnt too large, and it is only one a day.

Great combination for immune support and overall health. The tablets are small and easy to take daily without any aftertaste. I like that it combines two essentials (D3 and Zinc) in one formula. The only downside is the small count – the bottle doesn’t last long. Still, very effective and high-quality ingredients.
Love this product that is just D and Zinc without C - as I have a condition that I should avoid C. Appreciate having just D and Zinc merged.
First time trying D3 in tablet form. Tastes fine and comes in a compact sized bottle. Will need to update review if there is any noticeable effect after taking the bottle.
