Top quality and authentic Cajun mix. I strongly recommend using it to make Cajun rice and other dishes. I use it on eggs as well it is slightly spicy as it should be and will add a nice taste of Louisiana to any dish. Great price and quality, it sometimes clumps a little bit but this is proof of its purity and lack of additives outside of spices like paprika.
