5 Defenders®, Organic Mushroom Extract Powder, 1.59 oz (45 g)

I have some feedback for Real Mushrooms. First, I would like to see larger sizes available on iHerb. I would like to buy more at a time, as my family (including my dog) uses them. In my country, we can only order up to 3 SKUs or $100 at a time. I am too lazy to order multiple times. Second, I would like to see the package in jars. I do not like the zip-lock bags. They are messy and difficult to scoop out. I have to find another jar to put them in so that I can scoop them out easily and level off the measuring spoon. I first learned about Real Mushrooms when my brother brought them back from overseas. Now, my family loves them. We appreciate the transparency in every step of the process and the high quality of the products. The website also has a lot of information, which shows that you care about what you do. My grandmother (she is 80 years old and half-Chinese. She is very healthy and walks 10 kilometers a day) often makes Chinese soup, sometimes with mushrooms. Since I introduced her to Real Mushrooms, she has been adding them to her soup every day. She loves Reishi the most. She rotates between Reishi, Lion's Mane, and Tremella depending on her mood. I am healthy and do not have any concerns. I usually add 1/2 teaspoon of 5 Defenders to my tea every day. I like the smell and the taste is really good. My dog and husband have allergies. They have been taking 5 Defenders and rotating between Tremella and Reishi every day for about 2 months. They have not had any itching or rash since then. Overall, we are very happy with Real Mushrooms. We will continue to use your products.

I use it for immune support for my senior dog a few weeks now regarding environmental allergies and I can’t say yet… I do like that it’s easy on his sensitive stomach and I know there’s good health benefits so I’m continuing to use . I put over his food and he doesn’t seem to notice

Mycelium vs. Fruiting Body is a debate that I don't think has a clear winner. For instance, mycelium might be more beneficial for immune modulation due to its high polysaccharide content, while fruiting bodies might be more effective for antioxidant and anti-inflammatory purposes. Therefor I take Real Mushrooms 5 Defenders for the fruiting body and combine it with one of the other top mushroom supplements for the mycelium, hoping to get the benefits of both. This product seems to be the best choice for fruiting body.

Quality is good..my father love it it helps him a lot he mix it with his coffee. It benefit on his stomach ulcer. And his immune. He love this superfood it give him energy. I just order my second pack.

Although I have only consumed this supplement for few weeks, I have noticed that my bowel movement is getting more regular and my stomach is less boated. Will continue to take it and hopefully would see more results

I opted for the 5 Defender blend as opposed to purchasing each mushroom powder separately. I use in my coffee every morning. Dissolves in hot beverages great, but no so good in cold. Definitely would purchase again.

I have found that the taste of the 5 Defenders supplement is much better than the previous brand I had tried. I prefer taking it in the morning with my cranberry juice, as I don't like how it tastes in my coffee. The smell is a bit strong for my liking. However, the benefits are great. I feel like I have more energy since I started taking the 5 Defenders supplement

I have been drinking various mushroom coffee mixes for several years and really missed my home ground, dark roast coffee. Discovered this product and am so happy! Absolutely no weird taste, no sludge in the bottom of your cup, plus it includes shitake mushrooms which most coffees do not.

Trust the quality but easy to get caked. Package and delivery is excellent.

Very good quality, has combined ingredients which benefit the health, I take only half does with milk and honey every night, after two weeks, the pain from RSI in my right hand ease a lot, got this because my daughter was using it, we both feel that if we stop, the pain came back, so it must be working, package could be improved, it's quite difficult to spoon it off the pouch, consider it's quite expensive, could be better container.
