Good and quality ingredients. The size of the package is huge it will last you a while, i used it 3 times a week. The unflavored one doesn’t have much of a taste tbh just tastes like powder, but it’s quite a beneficial supplement it, it benefited me with endurance and energy during workouts, it was recommended to me by my fitness trainer.

Oh yeah this is it. Love this stuff. Goes great in my protein smoothies or even on cereal or oats for breakfast. Can be mixed with a lot not just juices because the flavour or lack there of isn't invasive. Really high quality. Some supplements I don't notice the effects very much but this absolutely makes an impact. It gets me pumped to move and sharpens my focus for the day.
