I used to use OcuGuard Plus with Lutein, but that seems to have been discontinued by Twinlab. This formulation does have Lutein and Zeaxanthin though. I wish it didn't have Vitamin E as d alpha tocopherol succinate though. Rather than have 100 IU per capsule of that, I'd just as soon they'd leave out the Vitamin E.

This product covers most of the same bases as Areds but with lower zinc than Areds and at a much more reasonable price. OcuGuard Plus covers the basics and more. We have had no issues with broken, moldy or damaged capsules, and filling is uniform. To get the full spectrum needed in our 70's, we do need also to supplement with B complex, Liposomal vitamin C, vitamin E, Omega 3 and many others.
Been using these for almost 2 years with some short gaps. So far, experience no side effects; they're easy to digest. I take 1 pill per day, which is overall enough. The pills are overloaded with vitamin E and change pee color, but it is safe
I have been taking this on and off for 25 years. It is a great product and it would highly recommend it. It contains ingredients that other eye products do not. I'm in excess of 80 years old and quarter to my doctor my eyes are in great shape and my vision is very good , only needing reading glasses. If you have a family hx, I highly recommend.

This is an excellent product for vision. I’ve been using it for years. It also has many of the nutrients found in a multivitamin.
Not much significant improvement on vision. With a side effect of producing yellowish urine.
My eyesight is week since 5 years now but till date i have had acugaurd thrice. It helps to correct my vision. No specs till date. The capsule size is ok to swallow.
