I love this product, the formula is just perfect for my needs with my favourite kind of K2 (MK7). The capsules are small a pleasure to take I hate large capsules and contains no Mag sterate which I don't like in my supplements. Sometimes I take 1 capsule a day and other times I take 2 capsules, both dosages are good for increasing and maintaining Vit.D levels.

It’s one of the brands with a hype and so far I think my levels increased, the dosage is perfect if you want to take daily or by daily, there is no taste which is perfect for me, and it definitely has benefit to help get more iron in your system.

I’ve used it long enough to feel the difference If you’re trying to keep your vitamin D steady and make sure calcium goes where it should, this blend works great. Just take it with a meal that has a bit of fat so you get the full benefit.
