I love the fact that this brand uses clean ingredients, there are no bad additives. I think the quality is good. I use this to stabilize mast cells. The capsules are small in size and easy to swallow. They have no taste, so that's not a problem either. I think the dose is ideal to decide for yourself how much you would want to take.

unlike other quercetin products that contain bromelain this one does not give me gut issues. i like that it doesnt have unnessesary fillers. great quality
I’ve changed several things in my routine over the past few months, so I’m not sure whether this product is really what made the difference or not, but honestly, I’ve been experiencing far fewer allergy symptoms than usual. I have SNAS and probably MCAS as well. It's easy to swallow and I don't have a hard time digesting it. I just wish there were more studies done on this molecule.
I am buying a second one as I think it works. I use it as a help to reduce inflammation and histamine overload. i feel better overall but this is not the only product I use. I recommend it because of clean ingredients and the phytosome formula.
The package, the ingredients and the quality is really good.The size of the capsules is not big.I've got the benefits from it as it improves the immunity.I'm using it for high histamine issue.The performance is high.There is no after taste.
This is a simple antihistamine. It works great. Good for immunity and mast cells. Everyone around me was getting sick but I was using this and also the blend from Forest Leaf. The Forest leaf blend gives me emery so I take during the day. Then this blend I take at nite. I will buy again.
Research has shown that the "phytosome" form of quercetin provides superior "bioavailability" (so it's more beneficial). This formula does NOT upset my stomach. And it's from the "Additive-Free" brand that does NOT include dubious "other ingredients" (e.g. NO magnesium stearate).
