This is a great mix of chloride forms of minerals. Perfect for morning supplement for us with low blood pressure and chronically low minerals. I like the composition as well. The only downside is that the capsules whither or explode in humid weather, and when stored with salt. As long as they're kept in their box they're fine though. I premix my supplements and have an issue because of that
