After Covid two years ago, I developed Pots syndrome along with post exertion fatigue (long covid symptoms) and brain fog. After a year of this, I found a long covid clinic that diagnosed the pots and recommended I increase the salt electrolytes. I tried these high quality capsules and they really are helping. No more dizziness or light headedness and the capsules make it easy for me to take in all the salt & potassium I need to manage the Pots.

This helps keep me upright, I have to take decent number of them, but they really do make a difference. A lot of other salt pills make me vomit, these are perfect at any time.

This supplement has been very helpful in the management of my POTS symptoms. I am sensitive to filler ingredients in electrolyte drink mixes, so having an option that keeps my GI symptoms from flaring up has been a lifesaver.

These were recommended to me by my cardiologist. All other salt tablets/capsules have made me vomit. Not these. I take them every morning on an empty tummy fine. Large slightly salty capsules.

Taking these daily has made a huge difference for me. It took about a week until I really noticed a change. I need a lot of extra sodium every day—I slowly built up the dose to find what works for me—which is way too much to get from food alone.
