This is a very interesting flavor as a light roast. I had never tried light roast and it has a much more earthy berry flavor than darker roast. I like it best mixed half and half with a dark roast to make a more complicated flavor. Very nice and I like that it is organic.

Rich aroma. I make filter coffee using drip bags or a pour over. For the pour over method, it is not ideal and turns out a bit watery. The smell really feels like being in a coffee shop. The taste is pleasant and not bitter at all, which is very important to me. One star off for the packaging. The resealable zipper is very narrow and it is difficult to pour the coffee out of the bag.
I bought this because it was on sale. It is good coffee for the price, and I would purchase it on sale again, but don't believe I would pay full price for it.
I like to brew 13.5 grams of coffee with. 225ml of water! The best ratio. Loving this coffee because it’s not sour and not bitter! It’s perfect
I love light roast coffee and believe this was purchased on a whim, while on sale. I used it frequently, multiple times a day for about a week. Good sized bag and typical packaging. Coffee provides many benefits including caffeine which help my mood and productivity! A decent amount of servings inside!
