We’ve been enjoying organic bean coffee in our home for a while now and it’s quickly become one of our favorite go-to coffees. We usually brew it in the mornings and sometimes in the afternoon when we need a little pick-me-up. Right from the first cup, we noticed the taste — it’s smooth, rich and well-balanced, with just the right amount of body and a subtle sweetness that never feels bitter or harsh. It’s the kind of coffee that makes you want to slow down and really enjoy the moment. One of the things we appreciate most is the quality. You can tell this isn’t a generic bag of coffee — the aroma when you grind the beans is amazing, and the flavor stays consistent cup after cup. We also like that it’s organic, which fits with our focus on health. It feels good knowing we’re choosing something natural and responsibly sourced. The size of the bag is also just right for our family. We go through coffee pretty quickly and this bag lasts a comfortable amount of time without getting stale. It feels like a good balance between quantity and freshness. As for downsides, if someone in the house likes their coffee super bold or extra dark, this medium roast might feel a little mild for their taste. And because it’s whole bean, you need a grinder to get the best flavor — which isn’t a big deal for us, but something to keep in mind.
