I bought this B complex because it doesn’t contain folic acid and has all the essential b vitamins. So it’s convenient with all the ingredients in one little bottle. However, I wish that the b12 is more the mineral form, rather than its current synthetic form. The b6 is also in a form that hard for body to digest. So I’m now switching to another liquid one with better b6 and b12.

Good liquid B. I don't eat a lot of meat so I try to supplement B12. This is a good option. Packaging is okay. Price is good.
