I have to take a B12 supplement daily. I love this product as I put a few drops into my morning juice. It has a lovely raspberry, lemony taste which enhances my juice. It is easy to get the right amount as the little bottle has an easy to use pipet for exact measurement. I like that the bottle is glass rather than plastic.
I must say that it is difficult for my daughter to try something without the taste being unpleasant and with this vitamin I have no problem. Plus I like that it comes in liquid form because she does not like anything that has to do with pills and the best thing is that it comes with a dropper included which makes it easier for her to take only the necessary amount. This has helped her metabolism since she had frequent diarrhea and has improved her energy level.
It’s too expensive for vitamin B12 in the cyanocobalamin form. I didn’t check the ingredients — I thought it was methylcobalam

I am avoiding sugar and in general, I don’t like too sweet taste so this is too strong for me. Didn’t had any side effects. Didn’t check my vit B12 levels neither to see if it works. I’m just taking it because I don’t eat meat regularly.
