I started taking this for post nasal drip cough. It cleared my lungs. I take it continuously for this purpose and I’m hoping it will help clear my lungs after Covid. It doesn’t work quickly, but I believe it can help with chest congestion. Do your research as it’s also recommended for many other things
Taking this with glutathione. And according to my research one of the benefits is whitening if you taking it with glutathione. It has minimal ingredients which one of the factor I am looking for a supplements. It doesn't give me upset stomach. Packaging is enough for the size of capsule.

This is a supplement I repurchase for some time, it helps to combat oxidative stress and has a bit calming effect on me. The package size is awesome, the capsules are typical, I swallow them without problems. With some other NAC supplements I have issue regarding the sulfuric smell, not with this one.

Okay first things first I have no idea why but these tablets smell like a stale broccoli fart 😂. They don't taste like that though thankfully. Capsules are a standard size and good quality. I have ADHD and dermatillomania and I've found that these improve my impulse control and reduce my compulsions strength.
This is my go-to for liver health and general antioxidant protection. The dose is solid and the value is excellent for 250 capsules. I notice better breathing and recovery, especially on days I feel run down. No side effects and easy to stack with other supplements.
