Unfortunately not much else you can do for a cold sore but this and some pills of L Lysine and I’ve gotten some of the healing times down to a few days with barely a sore to be seen. Be diligent and generous with it and wash your hands and having this in your arsenal is really the best you can do for occasional cold sores on your lips brought on by winter or stress or hormones. Small and expensive but necessary.

This actually works! Easy to use dispenser, good size as it lasts. This really cuts short healing time and blister disappears. Use in first sign of cold sore, use frequent and the cold sore disappears faster then anything I've tried before

I use this product when I get a fever blister or cold sore along with a prescription medication. Not sure which one is effective, but together it seems to shorten the duration of the outbreak. I continue to use it just in case it helps. Very pricy, but nothing to compare it to so I continue to use it once or twice a year.
