bought these for myself and my son. the quality of ingredients is amazing and that is one thing i lool for in a supplement. the gummies are a good size and tasty. i take anothet magnesium supplement but wanted gummies that i can take with me whenever i feel i need them. this one doeant upset my stomach and i feel a lot calmer taking these. my son eats them and i feel his mood is some wjat calmer too. this is my 2nd bottle and i will continue to purchase

I usually give my kids only magnesium gummies. I decided to give this a go as it has prebiotica as well. Unfortunately my daughter doesn't like this but my son does. I would have preferred this than the regular magnesium as the ingredients are better but my daughter refused to eat it.
