I bought this balsamic vinegar mainly for salads, and sometimes use it for cooking as well. I love that it’s organic and made with pure ingredients. The size is just right, and it comes in a glass bottle, which I really appreciate. The bottle is easy to pour from, the texture is not watery, and the flavour is well balanced. I love this organic balsamic vinegar, which is of a high quality. I add a little to my lentils or stews. Gives a satisfying savoury, vinegary taste. A favourite!

This is a very nice vinegar, just don’t expect it to be thick like a balsamic type glaze, but it’s got a lovely balsamic flavor, excellent just drizzled over things, or incorporated into dressing, also nice for bread dipping

I spent a lot of time looking 4 organic sugar and salt free vinegar that's also reasonably priced and it seems I found it. I use it in my vegan dishes as an oil substitute (SOS free diet, changed my life), 4 example, this morning I poured a little over my baked potatoes- sweet potatoes tray instead of what i used 2 pour- olive oil, and it turned out great ( used lots of spices too).This seems like a quality product, the taste is to be expected from balsamic vinegar, except ledd seet, naturally.

It has a nice taste that's less overpowering than apple cider vinegar. It works great with spices and spicy foods as a finisher. It's definitively gluten-free as per the company. It's one high-quality ingredient. I would likely repurchase since it's easy to pour and in a glass container.

This is now my favorite balsamic vinegar...the flavor is clean and smooth, with a great balance between tang and sweetness. The quality is excellent, certified organic, and also the Madhava brand is independently and consistently certified clean and pure by the Clean Label Project. Great value, pricing and convenience, too.

I chose this because it is organic and it has 0 added sugar, unlike other brands. Price is also ok and the size doesn’t bother me much since I don’t use it daily but it may be inconvenient for others.
