I’m happy that brands think about people with mutation that doesn’t allow us to absorb the regular folic acid. I wish these products were only cheaper. To be honest, I used to have anxiety all my life. Since I did tests and discovered my mutation, I introduced a high amounts of methylfolte and became anxiety free!
Regardless of the reviews numbers, I found this product very helpful in my ruination urgency and frequency. An extra benefit noticeably baby hair growth on my already bald head.
Am trying to conceive after abortion of abnormal fetus, i took this folate for defects, but i take 1 pill (7.5 mg) daily.. the pill size is very small and easy to swallow, first time i try this brand but it’s very good quality, no smell no taste.
I have been using this form of B-9 for 3 weeks now. I have found it helpful for my IBS, I don't use the bathroom after eating so quickly! I am sensitive to anything stimulating this dose and product hasn't made me feel anxious. I will continue to use it for at least 3 more months per my Dr. Thank you.
I take it every third day, quality is good, I have MTHFR mutation so need to keep an eye on my methylation processes and the right level of folic acid

Great Product, if I need less than the fixed size, I just open the pill and get a amount out. It was cheap, I don't always have a specific amount but I am happy for the cheap price.
