I take Methyl B12 and Folate with B6 P5P to lower homocysteine levels. and also for their effects on the nervous system. Cannot find a better deal for B12 and Folate in their methyl form. The ingrediencies are clean from magnesium stearate and silica, and other fillers which may be potentially harmful. Life Extension is known for their quality, and I often buy their products, so far so good. No problem with the pills size, nor with taste. Thumbs UP.

A high quality, good size product. Folic acid should be taken by women for better energy and it is very important as it helps regulate your metabolism, do take it with iron it is much better. The size is small so very easy to swallow make sure you take it with food.
