Right dosage 45k difficult to find, good size and fare price. Wish it comes in bigger amount of pills and also in a GLASS BOTTLE instead of plastic!
I added this product to help my bones. Vitamin K is important to help direct calcium to the bones and not to organs such as the heart/arteries. I usually take it with my lunch. It's a small capsule so it's easy to swallow. Life Extension is a brand that I trust and recommend.
I take 1 cap split into 3 daily till bloodwork says Vitamin D3 is about 120ng/ml to stave off, well, almost all ills according to Jeff T Bowles. MUST take Vit D3 20,000, Magnesium 400-600mg , Zinc 50mg , Boron 18mg, Vit A or beta carotene (diet only - lambs liver at 15grms daily ) and 500mg Vit C (diet only - fruit and veg). MUST get blood tests to check Vit D3 levels stay safely under 180ng/ml.

This is the only product i have found that provides a high dose of K2 Mk4. It isn’t one of those products that says “x amount of capsules” with big and then on the back, written with small saying, “serving size: 2 capsules” so the doses you get is only the half of what you would think from a fist glance, so it is an honest and clear label. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the container is kind of big for 30 very small capsules, and it just seems very expensive, unnecessarily expensive, but overall i think it is worth it. The ingredients is also very simple with only the bare minimum filling agents required, so one dose isn’t an unnecessarily large capsule. It is an overall high quality with easy dosage (one cap after breakfast and you’re good to go), without any bad taste, and ive seen clear benefits in other people who have used it before (better bone density). On the verge of 5 stars but it gonna be 4 from me.
