i mean i cant tell if i get any changes or improvements because i take other supplements as well but i do notice strength gains and lean muscle gains despite being unable to hit macros for carbs, but i try at least to hit 1.2g/kg weight protein intake minimum. its very expensive, considering i have other expenses monthtly for my training too such as vitamins, preworkout, rice pudding, protein powder etc easily hits +150€ per month, i am sceptical unsure if i should continue this or not. using now for around 1.5 months daily.

I started taking this supplement as advised on the label. My dosage was 1 pill per day in the early morning before going to work. The size of the pill is slightly bigger than the classic capsules and it has no taste if swallowed in a few seconds. I can see a benefit in terms of what is expected from it compared to before starting this " diet ". Not last the brand is well know for the quality ingredients that they provide. It is good but you need to use at least 4 weeks then you feel the difference. It is not magic capsule within week you try to find reault. Why 4 stars because pack of 30 capsules.
