I always order Naturelo for multivitmins as they include highest forms of vitamins and in very good amounts which don't surpass the recommended daily amount. Also, I like that they include various blends like the digestive blend, eye blend, brain health blend etc. If you want a high quality multivitamin that won’t just “go through you” - get one of these :)
In the time I took it, naturelo has always been a potent vitamin that is meant to be taken daily. It has a good mix of ingredients (40-60 separate components) that all derive from wholefood quality sources. This includes all your normal vitamins and also a host of other blends that include important things such as antioxidant. I took it for 2 years and never had any bad experiences with it.
