I have been taking DHEA for 20 years, started 5 mg a day, with good result. Now I am 70 y. woman, had no menopausal symptoms in the past, always full of energy. With combination with melatonin (now 10 mg a night) never had sleep problems. I can't imagine life with no DHEA, taking at present 25-50 mg, off and on.
I felt better after 2 hours of taking this on the first day! I have suspected I have a DHEA deficiency for a while and I tried supplementing pregnenolone first for a month, to no results. This supplement, however, made me less fatigued and I had better sleep for two, three days after the first pill. I'm cautious of taking it regularly as of now, but will try more later:) I didn't expect such crazy positive results from one pill!

I love life extension DHEA, no after taste like the other brand I had tried before. I also like the fact this has combination of DHEA to help increase my testosterone and also another form for weight loss which are the two issues I am battling with. I haven’t seen this combination with any brand. Just love it. I have bought two more times again.
