After shift work I find it hard to fall asleep. I tried this product but for me it didn't work, I tried one and two but still didnot fall asleep. I keep trying but need a product that acts immediate, not a product which I have to get used to. Because on my free days or after day shift I do not want to take sleeping aids. I think the ingredient are great quality, size is fine.

Have been taking this brand for a long while. Reliable and trusted brand for its wonderful ingredients and quality. This has helped me falling asleep easily and maintaining my sleep. Taking this with other life extension products that has lemon balm and chamomile.
This actually worked pretty well for helping me wind down at night, and the overall quality feels solid. Still, the price is a bit too high for what it delivers. It’s good, just not good enough for me to buy again at this cost.
Life Extension Rest & Renew works well and delivers noticeable results. It’s a good product that effectively combines Ashwagandha and Melatonin. However, it would be better if it also offered versions with 3 mg and 5 mg of melatonin for more dosage flexibility.
