French Maritime Pycnogenol®, 100 mg, 60 Veggie Capsules

I currently struggle with chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS) after prolonged mold exposure. My main symptoms are inflammation, brain fog, neuropathy, and insomnia. I'm always looking for a supplement regiment with high quality products with good ingredients that are inexpensive. I find this brand to be very reliable. Unfortunately, I did not notice many benefits.

I'm not sure what age pycnogenol is best suited for, but definitely don't give this to kids. I use this as a preventative anti-aging measure and it really seems to make a difference. But you do have to give it several weeks of consistently taking this before you notice a difference. Taking before and after photos also helps!

I order this for my sister all the time and she says it helps her with her severe PMS. I don't experience the same, so can't say how it works, but she seems like a different person after she started taking this. The results are impressive and very noticeable.

This would probably have to be my best find of 2023. I have experienced an overall sense of wellbeing, including improved blood circulation (no more freezing hands and feet), improved symptoms during my time of the month and just feeling better overall. Very happy with this. Its one of the more expensive supplements I buy, but you can't put a price on health.
