I wanted to start taking a Liposomal glutathione supplement and after some research I settled on this one but the taste is something to be aware of. As others have said it’s kinda like rotten eggs! I’m hoping the benefits out way the taste. To get past this I have a glass of cold water to chase it down! I’ve only just started this week so I can not attest to anything else yet!
