They were the first brand I tried when I tried creatine and are still one of my favorite. I love that they use CreaPure! It’s the cleanest creatine on the market and is certified for NSF! This doesn’t bloat me, but be sure to start at 3 grams if you’re sensitive to that and slowly go up to 5. Creatine loading is not necessary despite all the bro science—your muscles will just saturate slower. I can really tell a difference in my mood, energy, and output during workouts. Without the creatine, I feel like all the air’s been let out my system!😂

Great quality creatine with no taste and mixes easily. I noticed better strength and recovery during workouts. Gentle on the stomach and very effective!

This creatine barely taste which is great. I dissolves it in water and drink it while I exercise. I think is third party tested and you can tell it is great quality

after taking around 3g per day for around 2 weeks, I do feel that i can carry more weight. However, i was feeling a bit bloated so i stopped after taking it a month. My weight was reduced back to pre-creatine level.

This is an excellent source of creatine to boost endurance at the gym — or in any form of exercise or sport — and to supplement other sources. The only downside is size of the container and total portion amount; these should be increased. Taste is neutral and ingredients are as expected.
