I didn’t have very high hopes for this supplement — I mainly wanted some extra support in my weight loss journey, hoping it would speed up the results before I lost motivation. I’ve probs gone though like 4 bottles now. They help me sleep through the night without giving me scary melatonin dreams. Only thing is I find they give me gas in the night which is what ever for me cause I don’t share a bed with anyone. I also find they keep my regular in the morning with bm’s. Also they’re super yummy. Ps: I take two just before bedtime Will continue to purchase.
