Certainly the best supplement of this kind I've ever taken, it doesn't make you feel sluggish or tired in the morning, the downside is that the pills are huge and horrible to take. and for me only 3 caps have a good effect, 4 caps as suggested makes me very drowsy the next day.
The ingredients appear to pure because my overall performance during my exercises, as well as just overall daily life has shown great improvement since cycling back on this product after a few months without taking. Everything else quality, size, dosage, benefits and taste apoeae to be well balanced.

I have used it before that's why I buy again, it is very effective, I took half dosage cause for me I think it's big, the quality is good but size of tablet is big , not easy to swallow but it's ok, good ingredients.
