It works well in kids between 6 to 16. No sugar added. My two kids like it. They haven’t gotten sick since December. It’s not a magic but it does help to build a better immune system. Plus eat real fruits is a bonus!

I like that it's multi-vitamin with quality of New Chapter, however my kids would prefer a non gummies version as the taste and texture is not to their liking, which New Chapter does not manufacture. Also, I would like to see more microelements in the ingrediants, such as magnesium.
