This is high quality resveratrol the only thing I had to figure out was, what was I going to add it too to take it. I settled for yogurt. the quality ia great, I higjly recommend it! The new package is more user friendly! Trans-resveratrol is much more useful ingredient than regular resveratrol. And its size is ok for a month or two, depending on the dose.
