These are much easier to take than mixing up a tiny amount of powder with a special spoon, which I have done, but this is more convenient. I take one before bed and upon rising, on an empty stomach. They taste citrusy and melt under the tongue in @15 min. Time will tell if they help with any longevity issues. Unless you have blood work done, you can't know for sure what is going on with your genes. I don't sense any new energy with them, but I'm not taking them for that. Maybe I'm not as tired as I used to be. I'm 74.
