I started taking Prohealth's NMN with resveratrol and TMG just two days ago and already notice that I have more energy and feel up beat. The taste of the powder is a bit sour, but when mixed with yoghurt its ok. Package is good, size ok and you can easily carry it in a purse, it has a small dosage spoon. It effect is on a better metabolism, nervous system and skin becomes glowy! So many benefits! Its a high quality supplement and I recommend it as one of the best supplements you can get if you're 45+

I tried it under the tounge but i prefer to mix it with yogurt. A bit bitter and sour but im ok with the taste. It’s still premature to state the effects but so far so good. This early i noticed it lessens my hairfall. And it gives me appetite but my weight still the same. It increases my metabolism. Im loving the effects on me.

I don't know why but this combo seems to not sit well with me. My stomach just feels unsettled & uncomfortable, and rumbles and rumbles. I also have the straight NMN powder which I take with TMG, no issues. So is it the added resveratrol perhaps? I don't know. I actually had planned on giving it to my Mom to try but wanted to see what the combo was like and to instruct her. Now I'm also afraid to give it to my Mom because I'm afraid it may upset her stomach as well. Not sure what to do as I want to have a supply given the recent news it may be unavailable soon. Wish I had just bought more of the plain one now. I read some people saying they mix it with yogurt. I may try that but the instructions say to take on an empty stomach for best effect so unsure.

I have purchased this powder three times and have been using it for three months. I have noticed nothing! Nada! Zilch! This powder has offered no improvement to my health and well being. I am 60 years old. Secondly, the powder does not dissolve easily in room temperature water. Thirdly, this stuff in made in Chai-nah - so who knows what ingredients are being used despite what the label says. In my opinion, this is another product suffering "quality fade". Look up the term "quality fade" and do your own research. I have given this stuff three months and I personally don't believe all the hype. Save your money.
