They are moist and "herb-infused" but not swimming in liquid, which makes them so much easier to chop for salads, pasta, or even savory baking. The herb blend (basil, marjoram, rosemary) is perfectly balanced and not overpowering. I’ve used them in everything from antipasto platters to homemade focaccia. They have a rich, deep red color and a chewy, satisfying texture. A high-quality product I'll keep buying.

Since we do keto, we don’t eat too many tomatoes. Dried tomatoes can be used instead and a little goes a long way. The ingredients are tomatoes and herbs from Italy. They are fresh, smell really good and tastes great! The package is almost 4.5 ozs. Don’t know how many tomatoes but I use 4 half’s per plate. Great for most diets.

These are moist and not completely dried. I put these in a jar and add olive oil on top.

This product from Amore is an absolute pantry staple! I have always loved the flavor of sun-dried tomatoes but hated dealing with the messy oil and the time it takes to drain them.
