I'll keep buying this
Solaray has been around for a long time and I trust their products. I really like this one because it is designed for women with the nutrients that women need. I also like that it is liposomal to insure that the nutrients are very bioavailable. It is not an inexpensive product, but the bottle lasts 2 months so that helps with the price and you do't have to keep buying every month. The capsules are easily swallowed.

Great Multivitamins
I have no complaints about the vitamins. I got these in replacement of the Garden of Life Vitamin Code Womens Multivitamins that are constantly out of stock. I would get headaches with those, but I do not get headaches with Solaray Liposomal Multivitamins for Women. You get 2 months' worth of vitamins. The vegcap pill size is not too large. They do have a little bit of a taste but no lingering taste. The quality is excellent. I do feel more energized and balanced than I did before. Both my mom, age 69, and I, age 34, take these with no complaints. I recommend these.

I'm trying this product out because it is suppose to absorb better in your body compared to traditional vitamins. I only take once a day because I can get the rest from daily nutrients. I do think that it has too much B12, which is abundant in meat sources.
