My child will not take any capsule of liquid form, so this is the most ideal omega gummy I can find so find. The most important benefit of Omega for children is to support their brain, heart and helps with reducing inflammation. One serving of this gummy provides a strong amount of EPA and DHA. And best of all, the taste is great.
I was looking for a high does of omega in chewable form and was skeptical about hiding the taste, but was pleasantly surprised! I did read about the packaging being tricky, but it’s really not that bad, once you figure out how to pop them out. Definitely recommend if you would rather eat the omegas as a chewable rather than swallow pills.
I buy these gummies for my son and only give him one of the 2 servings. He loves the taste and the dosage is perfect since most children's fishoils are way too low. I have tried them and the texture is different than normal gummies but the flavor is very good. This is our go to gummy for quality and potency.
I have used the oil, the gel capsule and now the chewable. The oil has a fishy taste and is inconvenient for traveling and 2 gel capsules are a bit much to swallow. The chews are a great addition. No fishy after taste and easy to carry. I now combine one gel capsule and one chew.
