This is the best liquid fish oil I’ve tried so far. Compared to the lemon version, this one has a milder taste, with the natural fish flavor coming through more — which I personally don’t mind at all. I usually take one 5 ml dose with a main meal that has some healthy fats. The quality is top-notch and uncompromising.

I was actually very surprised about the taste. Taste wasn’t so bad, not the best there’s a tiny oily fishy taste but it’s very subtle. Quality is great, i was worried about it being rancid because of the fish or age or package but it turned out to be great!
