This melatonin is quite effective at putting the body into sleep mode. It might work well for people who just need support resting. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me because I have a restless mind. Even though my body was ready to rest and I could feel it the activity in my brain stayed too high, making it impossible for me to fall asleep. I’m happy that it made my body very relaxed at least +++ So, keep that in mind before buying. But if a restless mind isn’t an issue for you, I definitely recommend giving it a try!
