I like the fact that these come in vegetarian capsules when many others do not. Just started taking them so too soon to know if it helps.

I am confident this is a quality product at the best value out there. I am told that plant sterols help to absorb bad fats, improving heart health. I'm not crazy about the fact that I'm supposed to take four of these capsules twice a day, so if I were to improve the product, it would be to make it higher potency in fewer pills.
