I'm a big fan of this brand, and I try most of the products. It helps me a lot to sleep. It's effective. I feel relaxed and well-slept. The quality of sleeping is much better even if it's only 4 hours. It's very benefit to help sleeping.

This is an amazing product to open up your nose and help stop snoring. It's also great to make breathing through your nose easier during exercise. And the lavender scent just makes it nicer. The only downside is the residue that takes a little bit of effort to remove, but it's totally worth it.

I had trouble using it honestly, it was too painful and uncomfterable on my nose, couldn't really smell any lavender scent and I had to take it off after a few moments, it was difficult to remove. I do think it probably helps breathing better but I just couldn't stand the feel of it.
