Micronized USP progesterone is a bio-identical hormone. I apply 2 pumps (42mg) at night, 14 days out 28 days cyle, on my inner arms, chest, abdomen, and inner thighs. The progesterone in the cream absorbs quickly and leaves no residue. I'm 46yo and in perimenopause stage. I dont have much symptoms yet thus i cannot vouch for its efficacy. Dr Susan on YT says transdermal progesterone can be hardly absorbed by our skin since it is a thick barrier, meaning that only a small amount of the cream applied reaches your bloodstream or uterus. But a study published in 2005 found that women who have been administered progesterone cream in quantities that equaled 40 mg of progesterone daily noticed improvement of menopausal symptoms at their 24 and 48 week check ups. This research suggests it could take several months for progesterone cream to work. Progesterone cream might help reduce menopausal symptoms but may not be strong enough to protect the uterus from the effects of estrogen. If you're taking estradiol hrt , it would be best to balance it with oral micronized progesterone instead of cream (100-200mg/day).

I just ordered this but have used it before and switch brands between this and the one that starts with an N to find the one I'm happiest with as far as the cream's consistency. They both contain the same active ingredient which is where the benefits come from. I stick with these 2 brands for the quality and I know what I'm getting. The dosage is one pump twice a day which gives 40mg in total per day. I use this to balance my hormones out and protect against hormonal cancers etc. I'm also hoping over time it will cause me to lose some fat and improve my thyroid status.

Its been a short amount of time but yes, I feel changes for the better. Body is loosening up and that old crone feeling is departing, taking brain fog with it. I hope the improvement continues, if so I will be purchasing by the barrel! Cream is thick and easy to dospense, rubs in quickly with no residue or stains on clothes. Neutral fragrance, doesnt dry skin, feels nice.I only use on wrists. Not sure how much will be left wasted in bottom of pump bottle when it cant pump up any more. Will update at end of bottle! Quality ingredients at a reasonable price for size, and at quarter tsp dosage will last me a couple of months.

Excellent cream, I started using it immediately after I received it and it helped tremendously with my menopausal symptoms. I am pleased it allows you to squirt out just the right amount from the container. Ingredients seem to work very well and good quality it has a nice smooth texture leaving the skin feeling soft afterwards. I am using it together with my HRT and estrogen cream and so far have had no side effects. Good size too, Will be interesting to see how long one container will last me. Im using it once a day.

I cycle it with estriol cream, I do feel calmer but still waiting to see if it will balance out erratic periods.

This cream ru s in very nicely. The pump is strong and gives out the right amount. It has good ingredients as well which I am careful about.

A good, scentless progesterone cream with light consistency and with clean ingredients. The pump works nicely and the cream is easy to spread. It sinks rapidly into the skin.
