I wanted vitamins gummies for my 5 years old boy and these are the best I could find until today. I like they have probiotic too so it’s a win. Plus he likes the taste because he won’t take it if it’s not “yummy”. I don’t like the sugar in it but I couldn’t find anything better than this ones. And I think it helps with his stool, going every day now. He didn’t took a few days when we ran out of it and the “poop” didn’t come a few days so that’s why I think it helps with that.
