Very good vitamin B complex. I prefer Swanson B-Activated complex but it was not available so I took this one with the recommendation from my doc (Chat GPT) he said Swanson is better for what I need (after surgery I've lost some og the feel in my face) but this one is the closest I could find. I hope my nerves will regenerate one day.

This product is my favourite. It has a decent dose of all B vitamins, releasing slowly, and of course in the activated and methylated forms.

I bought this because my regular B complex was unavailable. But given its complete and balanced combination, I might just switch to this brand. Good size, good quality.

I chose Zahler B-Complex because it is formulated with a time release system, good quality bioactive B-complex, and with B12 as methylcobalamin but not cyanocobalamin. The size of the tablets is medium, are easy to take. I don't notice any additional color and smell in my urine after taking it.
