Dim is good for regulating women hormones . The package looks just as in the picture. The quality is amazing . The main ingredient is DIM which is mostly from green vegetables that we should eat but don’t because its hard. The benefit of Dim are regulating the blood sugar level and pcos .
Good quality product. Composition is clean without any harmful ingredients. Dim is good for hormone detox. After using urine color is dark orange and I red that it is normal.

This may not be a fair review in that I don't know how I would adequately measure the effectiveness of this product without a medical test. great product. i bought this for my wife for her hormonal balance.
Tried this as I heard it’s good for menopause and many benefits. But after taking the supplement, I do not feel well and stop taking it. I don’t think it’s necessarily the brand but just does not go well with my system and some people do not react well to it.
