I love these. it's nice to keep one or two of these in the house for when an unexpected sweet tooth strikes lol.... it tastes a lot like a cookie but is in like the form of a cake kind of. it's delicious and gooey and thankfully gluten free 😊 all you add is water
The taste parameters fullfill what is expected of a chocolate chip 🍪. Whether or not the consistency fullfill the 🍪 parameters, can be discussed. I guess you have to nuke it some more then. Doesn't matter, the taste presented itself in a fulfilling fashion.

You have to get the microwave time right for your microwave, otherwise it will be either too dry or too soft. But a good portion controlled and portable snack.

The texture is more like a cake than a cookie. It is okay for a quick sweet treat, but not if you want a cookie. Flavor is good. Easy to make.
I have had these before and they’re delicious. I love the King Arthur Brand. I love their one to one flour that you can use in most traditional baking recipes. You just can’t use it for bread making. Being on a gluten-free diet; it isn’t easy to find wonderful treats like this. The price/value here is fantastic. They’re over 4.00 if not on sale in my traditional grocery stores. Also years ago there was Annatto in this recipe.It’s no longer listed. Thrilled because I’m allergic to it. Having a warm freshly made chocolate cookie, is wonderful. Simple to make portion controlled and they’re never stale😊
