For a premade mix it was pretty good. The taste of the cookies was nice. It made a decent amount of cookies from the package mix. I could have had several more if I had made the cookies smaller. I had to add extra chocolate chips because I didn’t think there was enough :) only complaint was they came out slightly dry and not as chewy.
These cookies are great and if you don’t tell anyone they can’t tell they are gluten free especially those who say gluten free items taste terrible will complement the cookies

It is really good. I can’t emphasize this enough but the taste is delicious. i don’t have to necessarily have gf food but my wife does because of celiac. What you can make with this is not worse than non-gf food. Ofc it feels healthier since the ingredients themselves are probably less inflammatory for me too.

these are amazing! even my family members who are not gluten free love them. try adding a tablespoon of sour cream to the dough. it makes it very fluffy and soft!
