I’ve been taking this for a few months now and whenever I notice my face, hands, feet start to swell I take the recommended dosage of 3 capsules and I instantly see the inflammation go down. Great price and quality. This combo seems to help with bloatedness and flu however i bought it because i have inflammation in my body. Tumeric improves my pain and i prefer to eat in capsules as i do not enjoy drinking it except when it is cooked in a curry.

I take this because apparently turmeric is good for fibroid. I’m not sure if there are any effects so far but I’m hoping that I’m able to reap some benefit out of it
