I give this to my 5 year old every morning. I like that it has the methylated form of b vitamins. However, I'm disappointed that it has vitamin D but no k2. All in all, I'm pleased with the ingredients and my kid likes the taste. It's easy to pour into a tablespoon and the bottle lasts quite awhile.

We got it for our son who is quite deficient in many vitamins. It has good dosages provided they get enough from food. Taste is a little strong but we hide it in juice and he drinks it. Overall quality is good, seems to be beneficial for him. We can see improvement in the frequency of him getting colds and flu. Will be buying more.
