it has excellent taste and nutritional value. Hubby doesn't like and can't swallow pills, so that's an ideal alternative. His sleep and overall health improved. Definitely gonna buy again!
its bit too sweet for me but obviously ingredients are high standard. the bottle size is bit on the small side altihough maryruth's other vitamins are larger in size. the liquid is thick but would like to have less sweet and other options for flavour. will i buy it again? definteley i will
My husband loves it. Package Easy to use (just like a bottle of ketchup). The size is perfect for storage and daily use. I liked the taste, husband sometimes gives me “the look” on the taste. But its fine really. A note on the hue color yellow- it also turns urine bright colored 😅

Taste is acceptable, but for clinical or functional work I prefer more individualized, higher-precision formulations.

For me personally this vitamin is too sweet and oily. Maybe it's the glycerin- I don't know. Very thick. I hope that some people will like this taste and consistency.
Overall the vitamins are ok. The texture is very thick and oily tasting. It's a bit of a chore to convince my hubby to take it daily.
