I used this along with cleaning up my diet to help with candida. It seemed to really make a difference. I found it mixed better taking it with some olive oil rather than in water.
Mary Ruth's is a high-quality product. There are ways to use this product but in small doses since it's very powerful. It works to protect the inner ear. One or two drops in a half-teaspoon of olive oil swallowed at the back of the mouth is more than enough if you are planning to use it to suppress eustacian tube infections. It is also good as part of a mix for inner ear infections. I relied on antibiotics for years as a youth and adult but the infections always returned. Since using this product I have not had a problem in a very long time. This is far superior to any medical isolate that can be prescribed - just be careful to use very little and dilute in olive oil.

Great oil of oregano. The taste is very strong and you may want to start with a low dosage and then work towards the full dosage until you get used to the taste.
